Business email messages may come from anywhere, and people sending them have multiple ways to format those messages. Without the addon, when 'always HTML' option is enabled in TB, and one sends an unformatted email, TB will send it in plaintext format. If one choose the 'always HTML' add-on option, it will force Thunderbird to always send emails in that format. Neither Outlook nor Thunderbird provides such native options to import each other’s file format. This addon solves a use case problem which some users have. But this gets really tricky because there is no official way to do this. Looking around in the Web, it turned out that there are lots of complaints about the tiny fonts.

Finally a solution that works, mine is currently set at 1.45, this works best for me.
